My smile was missing from all the pictures and my lack of activity on social media was apparent. While on my travels, I noticed the right side of my face was numb. I chalked it up to fatigue; I literally was running myself ragged. You can’t scare me I have a crazy bestie. Am I pissed about it, no! I am honestly grateful for it. Sometimes we all need some major scares to snap ourselves out of the fog of life. I needed this to happen. So I welcome it and try to understand how to take care of me now through nutritional foods, more rest, stress management and my nemesis, exercise.
